Hello
I paid for the plugin on MOJO Marketplace

I have a receipt for payment, but the item is shown in the cart as unpaid and requires re-payment
In the purchased goods there is no plugin
How do I get the goods?
I submitted a request to the MOJO Marketplace on September 12 (#171121) and still haven't received a response. If it is impossible to get the plugin, I want to get my money back

There is however nothing I can do directly. I cannot see who bought it or who has access to the software.
