Yes, with CSS 🙂

If you have a specific question, please use the support forum, here or on wordpress.org.
This plugin uses as little CSS as possible, the styling from the theme should be used as much as possible.

Hi,
No, there is not an upload function currently.
I am thinking about this, but if that ever comes it will be restricted to logged in users with the capability to upload media, which would exclude most visitors.

There is an optional way to have images being added to a guestbook entry from a different website. I think imgur is quite popular for that.

There is a search widget that the website editor can add to a widget area, which gets only shown on a guestbook page.
