I have a similar question: Is there a way, that guests can add pictures to their entry - or another way to upload pictures ?

Hi,
No, there is not an upload function currently.
I am thinking about this, but if that ever comes it will be restricted to logged in users with the capability to upload media, which would exclude most visitors.
